I enjoy Coldplay but this interview was very dull. It was like Mr Smug being interviewed by Alan Partridge. Two guys full of their own self importance laughing at their own jokes. I note that somebody below stated "I don't understand British people.. the accent, their facial expressions, their humor, it's like a whole different culture". British humour is based upon self deprecation combined with modesty and abstract observation. For British humour watch Harry Hill - for smugness watch this.
