  • I own a Chinese Red Headed Centipede, about 5'' long & still a juvenile. I've handled 'it' a few times without a bite, quite a docile species. Interesting animals.

  • they can actually eat a human

  • so corageous, i would not to pick up one of this animal. :S

  • I used to be scared shitless of these, but I realised that they are just little animals. Don't bother them and generally (generally) they won't bother you.

  • just met a centipede like that in my backyard here in bangkok but wouldn't try to touch it even for lots of $.

  • hahahahahaha

NOW PICK IT UP AND EAT IT!!!

  • For someone that knows a lot about them you sure were foolish in the way you handled it. That is, unless you are a glutton for pain.

  • @LyleVertigo Read the top comment ._.

  • mother of god!

  • I am at Thailand right now and i like all kinds of animals..but men i would never take that shit in my hand..ahhaaa

  • i shuddered watching you pick it up. I had a dream about getting stung by one of those last night and I swear I could feel it. The sting hurt and then the spot where it stung felt like i was being paralyzed or some shit. Then again I did get a blood test yesterday..

  • i don't mind spiders but that's over the top for me...

  • it's not even half bigger than the ones under my house....

  • How long can they live without their pincers?

  • i would not want to touch that shit

  • insane ;(

  • centipide: leave me alone

  • ...looks delicious...

  • Thumbs up if your shoulders itched while watching this.

  • @RedTornado279 my face and head seems to start itching whenever I see something really gross. for ex, ever saw a botfly removal...ugh

  • they bites really hard rigth??

  • i had a thought of visiting thailand, now i don't have such thoughts

  • what happens if u get bitten by a centipede???

  • Aren't they poisonous?

  • @TheMarjolein87 If they sting you - then you'll DEFINITELY know it. They are venomous, yes... this one had the pincers removed.

  • @thaipulsedotcom omg, that's exactly what i need to get over my excessive fear of them! A defanged one. cool. Me want.

  • The Most exciting vid I ever seen so far !!

  • why didn't it sting him? i have seen desert centipedes that are just as large

  • @Frizzurd You really have to grab them the wrong way before they use their fangs.

  • it has poison

  • Don't play it ... just smash it

  • Only bugs i don't like are spiders, beetles and centipedes.

  • @Darkfire889 WORD

  • @Darkfire889 FOR ME THIS ANIMAL SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH THE DINOSAURS! NOGENT ANIMAL!

  • this isnt something you want to watch before you go to bed........ whats wrong with me, sleepless night ahead.

  • these kids got cojones (balls)

  • I didn't know those little shits run that fast!!!

  • Wow! This guy is REALLY brave. I wish i could be like him.

  • ._. I'd kill that little piece of abomination in a second, I'd take every chance I get =/

  • my flesh moving when it ran on his arm =.=

  • Time to put on the cleets

  • i see onna those, i kill it!

  • OMMMMM those are poisonus well certain kinds of them anyways

  • ew cant belive that you would have the guts to hold a centipede! YUCK EW VOMIT lol

  • that thing is so freaking nasty, there's no way i would let one of those on my hand

  • BTW, catching an excited scolo your hands is one dumb thing to do because that's the moment they're more likely to bite you.

  • You done lost yo DAMN mind

  • I thought it was a dead one and got Major Goosebumps when the nasty thing suddenly starts to move!

  • damn man, im scared i hate it... it's really dangerous you crazy idiots

  • Not big enough

  • @ReeferVonKush dont' forget the box jellyfish... but that was Maui, not Thailand

  • I've had one crawling on my back while i was sleeping in my bed one night, if not bigger than this. I thought I was tripping hard.

  • @Rw7451 You're going to give me nightmares.

  • How can people live with these giant centipedes, spiders and insects?? If I lived in Thailand... oh wait- I wouldn't.

  • @meghan000rocks usually you have to LOOK for them - they don't just crawl up your leg. Well, usually not.

  • why dont bite?

  • I thought i was having a heart attack!!

    Seriously!!!

  • Its only dangerous if it feels trapped. They're actually fun pets if you can look beyond their freakyness :P

  • @Poeticnuisance petS? you consider something with a paralyzing venom a fun pet? LOL. you should be in a psych ward no?

  • Zoophili men!

  • My friend came out of the back with this thing... and showed it to me. I was freaked out by it. Spiders and centipedes don't give me any thrill - I've been bitten by a centipede and it burns like fire for a long time. Not as long as when a stingray hits your foot with the tail, but long enough. Apparently he must have cut the venom fangs out before he started picking it up. I saw him not get bit. So I tried. Soon we all were trying. Is it sick to cut them out? Yes. I thought so.

  • nice

  • great. I like to watch the dangerous animal

  • great, very great

  • I also seen 10-12 inch long 1 inch width in Thailand once in the forest look really scary. - -"

  • Is the things on the butt tails or like legs o.o??

  • Looks like they cut down the "fangs" so it couldn't bite him.

  • @VenusianEvolution yeappp there no way the gonna do that !!!

  • they can kill you! this centepide was definitely trained! i guess lol

  • @mylolita10 No duh, its trained A wild one would have biiten them twenty times.

  • Nice

  • u got balls man

  • watching this video made me all confused????? so is it harmful or harmless....

  • @BoHoVsGolf It's harmful, but not life threatening (unless like you have an allergic reaction, like the description said). Guys are pretty brave to play with it like that anyways.

  • @BoHoVsGolf i heard the bite is extreamly painful, apparanty people put there hands in boling water to numb the pain =/

  • @IIIGR1Z I'd rate the stingray that sliced open my foot with a barb, as 5 times more painful. I'd rate the box jellyfish that stung the inside of my thigh as twice as painful as the stingray. Hope there's nothing worse than that!

  • why the hell doesnt this one bite while you re playing with? you said they re dangerous, according to this it looks fearful

  • it's is said that it's bite is so painfull natives are known to cut their limbs off after being bit and that's less painfull

  • dang its fast O.O

  • im not scaed of any thing as miuch as trantulas i always have night mares from them!!! curse them!!!

  • im not scared or snakes but centipedes are my worst nightmare

  • My GOD!!

It's venomous!don't ever play with it.

by the way...it's pretty small actually.....

  • the legs of the centipedes tickles horrible feeling

  • shit now im itchy!!

  • They are pretty venomous, somewhat like a black widow, but more violent-

-So I've heard. Maybe this video is showing how friendly they can be despite being dangerous.

  • i would have a heart attack if i saw something like that in real life just thinking of it gives me the chills x.x

  • Actually some of them have poison glands in their legs as well (their "jaws" are just modified legs). I was bitten by our local Scolopendra variety; it got into my bed and decided to chow on my toe. It felt like someone slowly driving a needle into my toe, for about half an hour.

  • isn't that thing poisonous or something?:|

  • omg

  • i think they already removed the poison or it's teeth

  • i want this in my cerebro

  • ewww

  • tHT Just Gives Me tHE Chills :\\

  • @almobryty yup

  • tHT Just Gives Me tHE Chills :e[fc;

  • it's dangerous idiot!!:O:O

  • @andycool91 The pincers were removed. >>

  • yuck.

  • imagine sleeping in a bed full of them

  • thats scary shittttttt

  • how come it doesnt bite you all.. if i merely put something on a centipede you can hear it crunching on the object with its claws/pinchers/fangs

  • @allexfenty yeah i was wondering the same thing too , i think they only bite if you like accidentally step or press their body or something, i was bitten by centipedes many many times though, and all of it happened when i was asleep, theres a few times when they like crawl on my hands , i was freaked out to the limit but they didnt bite,

  • holy * they are FAST

  • omg theyre fast

  • holy * theyre fast

  • holy * theyr fast

  • hooooly shhh!t theyr FAST

  • hooooly sh!t theyr FAST

  • holy sh!t theyr FAST

  • holy sh** theyr FAST

  • holy sh**, theyre FAST

  • awww man

  • EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  • Just heard that it gives a rather exiting feeling once you put them in your undies

but on the other hand, you are the one that keeps losing his pants, LOL

  • @racenemo hahah! how's it going man? You back in TH again yet?

  • ..... it's been raining 5 days non-stop here and i brought in the mop from our shed to clean up a leak... but anyway i was standing in the kitchen then my sister screamed and said "move there's a centipide!!!!" it wasn't as huge as that one *shivers* but if she didn't see it i would have gotten bit...

  • ewww

  • named Chilopoda and they are toxic, but for a healthy people are they not extremely dangerous, but if they bite it really painful and pretty awful .....

it takes times until the aching wound cure....

@thaipulsedotcom hey your videos are great!

i have a question to you:

aren't you scared, that Chilopoda bite you???????

  • That centipede will stop at NOTHING to escape.

  • arent they toxic?!?!?!?!

  • @comedy87312

    They are

  • This sort of thing puts me off going abroad. It's interesting to know they bite and can take on a mouse! I would need a huge medical pack with one of each kind of treatment for anything that could poison me or savage me!!!

  • I'll take a snake anyday. By the way, how are the little cobras you bought?

  • @chiconspiracy I hope OK... I kept them a couple days and let them go in a great place. I really wanted video of them - got that. I think they're fine now...

  • was that thing defanged or something? i would imagine it chomping down on you guys when you pinned it to the ground with your bare fingers,,,

  • ain't they extremely poisonous?

  • I was so scared of those when I was in Thailand! I was born and raised there for 11 years. Thanks for showing. I thought they bite.

  • @cruhnk they bite and they hurt a lot.

  • @cruhnk they bite through a combat boot! LOOKEE! that one has NO PINCERS! SOMEBODY CUT THEM OFF!!

  • Did it actually sting that guy when he was trying to pick it up?
