I spent a year on Guam and i am a diver Guam sets like a top on volcanic island beds in the deepest waters in the world it is something that if you looked at it from the underwater geology radar mapping photos Guam looks like it could really tip to one side and fall in the ocean. I found it bizarre that a man so stupid could be elected to congress. So, I did some reading and discovered a reasonable explanation that caused me to pity him.
