Yeah, you're right but I never watched when Judi Evans Luciano was on. I only started watching when Matt & Vanessa met and then Phillip going on about what The Spauldings did to him, etc, etc. I know she's been through alot but that what does not kill you makes you stronger.
That was Hillary Bauer kissing Floyd. She was killed by a bomb. I still miss her. Loved Tony Reardon & Annabelle. Loved the dueling dresses scene. It was Nola's engagement, Vanessa should have changed. Don't know how they got them together again. Quola was so terrific.
Nick eventually became close to Alex with her mother. I think it was probably Nick.They are in the hospital because Susan was HIV positive. I used to wait every year for Nick to come for Xmas. I still had hope up to the end that he would come back. Never liked Beth & Lujack, but I loved this Beth. David & Gilly were great siblings. Peter is Hart's kid & he brought a present for Xmas, what a prince. I still don't believe that Quint would have cheated on Nola.
@Robansuefarm I liked David #1 better than David #2. I also liked Hart #4. Does anyone have any clips of Hart #3 played by Leonard Staab. They say he was the best one.
@laminage David Grant #1 was better. Soap Central lists Leonard Staab as Hart #2 & he aired between March-Aug 1993. Was he the one who had the hang glider accident? He was good, but you sort of see why they cut their losses & killed the character after so much turnover. Realized my other post is confusing because I didn't differentiate between Nick McHenry & Nick the Santa. Sorry. Hope you can figure it out. Also after Alex it should read "as his mother" don't know what happened there.
@Robansuefarm don't worry about it. They have a history of "recycling" names. Ben, Jeffrey, Christina, and Nick have been used by more than one character. I never watched when Lujack was on but I think that if he were alive, Beth wouldn't have been so co-dependent, he wouldn't have wanted that for her.
@laminage Lujack wouldn't have, but part of Beth's problem is that she has been through so much, it's no wonder she has mental issues. Starting with her step-father raping her & going on through with Phillip telling her he didn't love her one minute and then acting like he did the next. In between there was abuse by various men, emotionally triggered amnesia & mutism & pretty much everyone she ever counted on either letting her down or being violently killed or both. She has reason for issues.
Almost Paradise makes me think of that clip of Beth and Ludjack.
Peter saying "Wow!" like Bridget still makes me laugh.
It is an awkward moment with Hart and the family having that uncomfortable silence while Peter opens the gift.
Loved the Vanessa/Nola catfight!
Loved it even more that the gowns were fixed in a snap!
