Someone's probably already pointed this out, but the ".ar" extension actually stands for Argentina. This actually makes sense as those e-mails look to me more like they were translated from Spanish/written by someone whose native language is Spanish.

my mom got hacked and everytime she checks her mail, spam gets sent to everyone. i told her to change her password (she never did) so that won't happen again. she's the kind of person who goes to her sent box, opens the email, and goes to the website. they're full of viruses. good thing i have a really good anti-virus which catches them. now, i don't want to talk bad about my mom, but i told her to never open those email or follow those hyperlinks ever again.
