Well, there's a thing called "editing"....if they wanted to cut it from the final tape, they could have. Chances are they either had to round off a segment or another pricing game ran short, thus they put this in the final practice.

I've been to a ton of game show tapings and you'd be surprised how much they edit out of the final show. :)
