  • Ryscott85 this is Snotspillz on diferent account. you're right diet isnt 15%. probably about 25% but the reason it isnt near 60% bc if it was, then genetics wouldent play a big part and everyone knows if 5 guys working at the same rate, intensity with similar diets compared them selves, it would be EASy to spot the one with better genetics whether their bigger, leaner, more aesthetic, thick, etc... you get the point
