I remember a Cal Worthington commercial where he promised 500 blue chip stamps if a customer just came and looked at the cars..not strings attached. My mom's boyfriend took her to Worthington's Dodge and they never did give her any stamps. I guess that the joke was on the car salesman. She couldn't drive.
Man, this guy has been selling cars since the dawn of time, lol. I remember he used to use all kinds of wild animals in his commercial as 'Spot," with me watching the commercials as a kid, and I'm 42 now, lol. Too bad he doesn't use those animals anymore.
American cars depreciate like a rock. These can also be former rentals. Besides, all dealers love to quote low prices and then sell you up when you get there.
hes still alive!

In the U.S. the cars are very cheap. In my country, Brazil, are tiny cars with engines of 1.0 liters weak and expensive as an American v6: (

"one thing though, why does the picture on all his adds still look like the 80's? WHY?!"
Because it IS still the 80's on Cal's lots.
It's a beautiful thing.

Aren't those prices too low for vehicles that are so new? Example: An '06 Chevy Impala for only $9950? How did you manage that?
