It's a proclip two piece mount with a Belkin fm transmitter. Don't know if they still sell these. Bought it 2 years ago

Does it work for streaming audio? I like to listen to Stitcher on my iPhone in the car but use an earbud bc I haven't figured out how to stream audio to my car speakers w/ out them making weird noises.
