i know this glitch i've found the best ppl to do it with are ike gannon and bowser zero suit samus can also do it but it takes a while i think most characters can do it
Mario isn't walking through the stage. He is just creating an illusion by using the space time continuum and holograms to make it seem like he is walking through walls.
By creating an anti matter black hole warp simulator and phasing your particles through the program that is connected to the wall. In this case we can see ganondorf operating the machinery behind the scenes.
