I know... I always lose 0.15-0.20 seconds there because I never get this propulsion... I think I got it 2 times in 10 hours :(

Just jump there on the little uphill and you'll get it,it's not hard,especially for you.

yes, but you have to do a propulsed jump, and not a normal jump.
