This ship isn't a t3 cruiser. Its a Zealot, a heavy assault ship in a fitting that costs less than 200mil. If you mean his legion video than it doesn't take long, if it takes you a while to earn a billion than you shouldn't consider flying it into a wh.
He's using a double rep zealot set up, not very recommendable as its easy to die in, like really easy :) Dont have his exact fit on hand and I'm not willing to go to bc to check.
Requires 3% cpu implant and might not be his fit, its a guess from distant memory.

They arn't overheated for that long if you look at the lowslot overheat all button it's green for only a few. The red is just signifying the modual damage.

Actually this is my fit:
5 x focused med II pulse
10mn afb, web, large cap battery II
2 x mar II, named dcu, eanm II, cap power relay II, heat sink II, 800mm plate
2 x ccc rigs
Atm I have a small variation, mosty faction items on it.

Yes it has a large cap battery II and two ccc rigs. The reps are mediums. Fit runs cap-stable.
