If you search for "Towards a Psychocivilize Society pdf", all you'll find is peoples' powerpoints talking about MK ULTRA. I would reccoment buying the book on amazon or ebay. Its fascinating, very gruesome, you can tell Jose Delgado was obviously an evil scientist from a Batman comic, but he never mentions any MKULTRA, HAARP, or DARPA.
