I agree with you. I think the Sarah and Lindsay underestimate Bev's talent and let their frustration get in the way, but in their defense, I completely understand. She irritated me from the beginning. I get the sense she is, in fact, rather self-centered and not a team player. They are used to working together and running a staff. She sits back and plays the victim.
