Both had coaching problems, Gordon especially (Floyd is just a flat out terrible coach, and Gordon lost Sampson who recruited him, as well as injuring his wrist).
I think Gordon has Wade-like potential (similiar combine numbers), but with better "skills"/less explosion.

he is a terrible ballhander because everytime he drives to the hoop he almost looses it or throws a sloppy pass. he has a lot to work on. i think he couldve been the best shooting guard this year if he could moved around like rip hamilton or reggie miller. if you look at one of his games you'll see that he just sits on the three point line the whole time. especially that game vs arkansas. he is inconsistent and i think if he would learn to move around more he'd be much better
