@Backpaper96 Probably because the engine Treyarch is using is from their previous take on Call of Duty. World at War was made by them so it was a great choice for them to start using the same thing the were already familiar with and just upgrade it. Even if the graphics are better, you can't ignore game play, there were a lot of buggy things this game in comparison.

Just downloaded the demo today. First time I killed this bastard, I also used the .44 Magnum. Got sick of missing from no-scope shooting, so I went into targeting mode, and in two seconds I'd put five shots between his shoulder blades. Can you imagine the damage that five .44 Magnum shots would do to something? God DAMN that's a tough cat.
