The safety on this is horrible. I have the single barrel model and it is a two hand operation.

Has a raw firing pin that is just screaming for some scrape off ignition. Has happen to me once.

@akdude182: no, you shouldn't fire .45 ammo through a shotgun. the casings will likely jam in the breach. Also, as the .410 is a shotgun it won't have rifling, so even if you did successfully fire one it wouldn't be very accurate.
