I used to watch this in philippines back in 1996-2000 in cartoon network, I was 5 years old first watch it. Now I'm 19, still remember this. Cartoons were awesome back at 1960s-early 2000s, but I watch it this in 1990s.

Speed is not very smart. People keep offering him money he really needs to keep racing and he just gives it away. Like that mountain of pure gold he was supposed to get. He had no good reason to reject it, he just said no thanks.
