The way I always distinguish the two is the ad libs and stuff like that because Bey almost always does that if u pay attention. But just take a closer listen.

As the years progress this continues. According to sources Rowland was chosen by Jerkins to lead the group's biggest record, Say Me Name over Knowles until her father/manager stepped in and stated that Rowland wasn't vocally ready.This however was irrelevant because while recording The Writings On The Wall Rowland released a solo track, Angel on the soundtrack of Chris Rock's Down To Earth.Rowland's misfortune made others believe this too played a part in the Luckett and Roberson's departure.

Destiny's Child is one of the most popular female R&B groups,rivaling even TLC in terms of commercial success in spite of several abrupt changes. In fact, for a time, Destiny's Child were known for their drama just as much as their music even amongst each other. This goes back even to the very beginning.For example although Beyonce has emerged as the focal point of the group many feel Rowland was overlooked for having lead or done a verse on songs such as Second Nature and Get On The Bus.

I know but yea it was Kelly. They have been mistaken before remember and there are times when they do sound similar even in each others songs like for instance the second verse of Check On It resembled Kelly moreso than it did Bey yet it was Bey's song. The same was argued by some on Emotions even tho I always knew Kelly lead Emotions. The way I always distinguish the two is the ad libs and stuff like that because Bey almost always does that if u pay attention. But just take a closer listen.

I hate to burst your bubble but yes she does. Kelly does the first verse and then Beyonce does the second verse. U dont have to take my word for it. Look it up. Go through the discography. Do your research. But at the end of the day or whenever you finish, Kelly still lead the song and then Bey came in on the second verse. Sorry.
