  • They do 140 mph (220km/h?) with a decent exhaust, I know a lad with one

  • plus, I think this bike is not running 100%. Mine is a tad faster (running like this : TllzD3Axr1U )

  • there is NO WAY a 650 N takes 230km/h. Its around 200 against 220 for the S (beacause of gearing and aerodynamics)

but who cares really ? it has only 70bhp, IF your carburator is properly set up (mine isn't) and has as much torque in the midrange as many 100bhp bike

I have mine for 4 years now and don't plan to get rid with it

  • Mine did show aprox. 215 on speedo (When i had balls to look down on speedo) but on accurate gps I used i saw something like 198 km/h so maybe your speedo is just being honest.

+ Mine is stock (N) only with exhaust that turns fuel into noise

  • faut penser a passer la dernière vitesse hein ;)

  • this bike has huge troubles accelerating after 90 mph :/

  • this sucks try take it more than that my sv 650 reached 230..... learn how to drive!!!!

  • @dennisalile wants to see your film as you go 230

  • @dennisalile When your speedo shows 230 you are probably going 210-ish

I was going around 220 but accurate GPS showed only 198km/h

  • whats is the name of this song !! by the way loose a kilo or too and that wthing will take cof !!

  • @lukeandjoshua rammstein - mein teil

  • Szwagier miał SVke i latał 210 bez problemu

  • with Leo Vinci exhaust I made 210km/h (on the tachometer) this summer.

mine is a sv 650 N from 2000. New tires and just changed the oil and the stuff.

  • The carburator version of the SV650 Naked doesn't go fastar than that.... I have the same bike ..same color...The fuel injected one (of a friend of mine..) goes faster even if the Suzuki state the same power for both models....

  • @manbimmer553 it's not true! i've a carburator sv 650N k2 with mivv x cone exhaust and i made 225, but i weight 65kg's.

  • @manbimmer553 I had my naked 2000 sv650 at an indicated 135mph.There was very little wind that day and it was on a flat road.I never tried that speed again due to not wanting to lose my licence and that particular road now being well policed due to it`s popularity with bikers speeding.

only mod i had was a pipercross air filter.

No two engines will ever produce the same amount of power in any vehicle. It can depend on the state of tune and even how the engine was run in when it was new.

  • even my kawasaki er 5 can do 190km/h sometimes 195km/h. I weight 65kg's.

  • Nice. But - like others before - I can't understand it too. I've got the S version (anno 2000) and I weigh 85 kg's but my bike can go definitely faster. It' s about 230 when it gets a bit unconfortable behind the cowling.

  • andy palmer svs is geared higher than the knacked version

  • max 207.9 km/h auto GPS navitel navigator explay 350

  • hi, i have the same bike, sv 650 twin sport, 2002! i'm 82 kg and top speed is 225! i don't know why your sv can't go so fast! try to clean the carburation!

  • very nice 100/10
