It's supposed to be slow in the beginning, it gets faster at measure... 23. Either way, faster isn't better. Personally, I'd play it at 65BPM in the beginning, 145ish BPM at the Allegro, slow down to 135BPm at 47, gradually speed up from 80 to 84. At the beginning of 84 my speed would be 150BPM to the end.
