Broken, she may not be, but she is certainly unbalanced, you can't deny that after seeing what she is fully capable of. With her only glaring flaw being her low HP, she has viable wake up options and has tools to escape pressure effectively. The match becomes getting in her face, which for some characters can become literally impossible is the Nu player knows their shit. She is beatable, I've beaten many good Nus, she isn't broken, but dammit she is unbalanced as hell.

tiers in this game are close until you reach the top of A tier and S tier, carl jin and rachel are quite dominant, and the only character that has a positive matchup with arakune is his counter which is V, who rapes everyone

uhhh, didnt heartnana's team win evo 2k9??? they didnt have a single nu in there team and goryu participated in this tourney so i think it says something.
Everyone tries to say this game is balanced by all claiming at once that they've beaten top nu-13s with their tager and hakumen.
