  • Hyperhidrosis is genitic you smarties.

Yes you CAN do stuff to make it stop or limit it, but just because you eat a lot of spicy food and then you sweat a lot doesn't mean you have this condition. I have it and I sweat even when its 16 degrease outside. Trust me I have. And one more thing to prove my theory. I absolutely hate spicy food. So you smart people explain what could be MY cause of having this consediring I hate spicy food.

  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.

  • Just use " Clinique antiperspirant deodorant stick" The grey one. Its awesome. Acent free, effektive and you dont have to have it overnight.

  • Nice video.

  • But I love spicy food! no wonder i have had hyperhidrosis. I eat too much spicy food.

  • hey hey! Have you considered intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.

  • Milk is the chief allergen. Changing to soy milk is the easiest thing to change. Vanilla soy milk is the nicest taste, but almond milk is very nice. Human beings cannot digest casein beyond lactose intolerance. Whatever you are allergic to, will make you sweat more. Milk also causes constipation. This puts more toxins back in your blood, more reason to sweat. Soy is the best for women however.

I will have to say that if you only have sweaty hands, you have no idea of how severe HH is actually.

  • oh boy im Indian and keeping away from spice will be hard but i have to try it!

    thanks

  • This was really helpfull, because i'm assuming he has hyperhidrosis, so he talks to you normally, on the very rare oucassion that someone understands why they sweat, and shakes my hand without wiping there hands on there pants, it makes you feel good inside.

  • wow FUCK THAT! My hands and feet sweat until they start dripping on the floor! But this video just pretty much asked me to give up everything I love. I'm italian, not being able to have garlic, onions, coffee, not to mention I'm a spicy food addict! And I love to drink! There is no way in hell I would give all of those things up. I would actually enjoy my life less by doing what this video asks despite making me stop sweating. That should say a lot

  • @Lars1540 So if you have an important thing that requires you to be at your best, then avoid foods which irritate your condition. If you want to swear about it, you have no one but yourself to blame. So save your swearing for the mirror. I have the condition too. There are times I eat what I want but I eat what I should most of the time which only goes to prove what he is saying.

Eating a vegan diet is easier on the digestion and does the most to overcome the tendencies to drink.

  • I start to sweat as soon as I put my school uniform on and then it doesn't end until I get in the shower at home, but I cover up the odour with a load of lynx ever 30 mins

  • Mr Liort:I had my ets surgery 6 years ago.It has been working great for meNo more sweat, only a compesatory( minimum) chest sweat.Go for it.

  • ancient chinese secret for weight loss

  • @elgus1111

hey:D wanna ask when did you get ETS? how many years?...and did it work fore you?... i have hyperhidrosis, and i wanna know if ETS work?. thanks.:D

  • I've been monitoring my diet for years, and haven't found anything that's indicative. But I will investigate how I react to your recommendations. Great post. I can't avoid garlic. I would rather avoid people (oh I do that now! heh)

  • thanks for the tips

  • There's a treatment called iontoporesis which i recomend you talk to your doctor about cuz they can provide it for you, and i read it's harmless and simple.

  • my penis sweat a lot!

  • @popsiclestv lol

  • noooo garlic ='(

sacrifice health benefits and delicious italian for hyperhidrosis?

  • i hate having this problem

  • My hands sweat so much. I hate it.

  • i drink a lot of coke, ive started sweating since the start of this year, do you think it's becuase of that?

  • @DangerGuy10 It's could be your age. It starts around early teenagehood. 12, 13, 14 ect.

  • im 15 and i think i have generalized hyperhidrosis, where i sweat all over my body or im just really unlucky and have individual hyperhidrosis that affects my legs, face, torso and arms, i go for 5km runs and my clothes are drenched in sweat

  • can i use sage capsules instead of tea, or is there some particular reason it should be drunk?

  • I can understand your skepticism. There are many degrees of hyperhidrosis. Yes, I have gone through periods of my life where sweating was at its worst.

Fortunately, I've found strategies that do work well. I'm sorry you haven't reached a successful treatment plan up until this point.

By no means though, should you ever give up or stop looking for that one solution out there that will help you. I hope you find it. Thanks for your comment!

  • not to be an ass... but all this crap doesn't help a person that suffers from Hyperhidrosis.

i was born with palmar Hyperhidrosis and i don't smoke, i don't drink caffeine, i don't drink alcohol, i hardly eat onion, garlic or spicy food and i already consume the good stuff that is on this video.

and guess what... i still sweat 24/7 a day so this video is fucking bullshit.

i know ur trying to help here, but lets be real... u don't seem to suffer from Hyperhidrosis to begin with.

  • I agree. Hyperhidrosis has caused me so much pain and I eat none of the bad things and only the good things.
