@snoweatsbabies People's voices change when they mature, and Amy has also learned to use her voice much better. I'm sure you can find some live performances where you can hear that she really does sound like she does in this clip. Search for something acoustic, as she's often gets a bit out of breath in the band performances. And also, they'd have recorded this thing in multiple takes and then probably picked and choosed which points sound best in each take and make a whole of them. :)
