Maybe you guys could explain something. You put all that work into a car's appearance, but the engine sounds like crap. I had a 65-dollar '48 Fleetline beater that sounded better. It's not just this car...lots of 'em are gorgeous, but don't run smooth. Is it some macho thing, like the loud Harley's? Not disrespecting, just curious.

this is one of the best chops i've seen on a 'fastback' style ride, most chops i've seen on these bodies sucked, even when done by the big names....hey, a dude i know in poland started to chop a '50 buick sedanette..has a couple of very talented body guys working for him but they've never done a sled type of chop and sedanette is a particularly tough job...could i get some good tips from you to share with them, or put you in touch with them for help/advice?..it'd be a shame to screw up that car.
