OMG! You people are still waiting for a Xena movie with the 2 of them? Are you serious? That dreamed died 10 years ago when Rob Tapert led everyone around by the nose into thinking he was going to make a Xena movie and we all fell for it. Do you honestly believe that a major movie studio would cast Lucy and Renee in a new Xena movie? I'm pretty sure a Xena movie will eventually be made but without Lucy and Renee. I'm guessing whoever the hot new starlet is at the moment will get the part. Sheesh

I lost a friend last wk, to a car accident she had a 3yr old in the car with her and she was 7mnth's pregnant. She was 23yr's old,I hadn't cried really till i just heard that song. Ok, so there seems to be a lot of discussion on this board if Xena and Gabrielle were lesbians or not, so I just thought I'd share my view. Xena and Gabrielle were best friennds, partners, soulmates and lovers. However I don't really think they were lesbians. They both loved and had sex with men throughout their lives. I think when it came to each other, it didn't really matter if they were gay or straight. They loved each other and that's all that matterd.

my brother and i watched this when i was 10 years old, we watched both xena and Hercules show the whole entire series from start to finish and we were way to young to read into the lesbian "tendencies" for lack of a better word lol. This show was my childhood. I was sooo young when it was on air (no more then 7), but I LOVED it. I can't explain why, but I never missed an episode. I didn't understand subtext, or the facvt that Lucy and Renee were great actresses, but I knew that at 9pm every saturday night, I had to be in front of the TV to watch Xena. I was even Xena for Halloween in the 5th grade. I love this video and this song fits the story of Xena and Gabrielle perfectly.

If you're referring to the names mentioned in the song, they're saying "Glinda" and "Elphaba", the Good Witch of the North and the Wicked Witch of the East, respectively. The song is from a Broadway musical interpretation of the Wizard of Oz, told from Elphaba's perspective. It's called "Wicked".

This show was my childhood. I was sooo young when it was on air (no more then 7), but I LOVED it. I can't explain why, but I never missed an episode. I didn't understand subtext, or the facvt that Lucy and Renee were great actresses, but I knew that at 9pm every saturday night, I had to be in front of the TV to watch Xena. I was even Xena for Halloween in the 5th grade. I love this video and this song fits the story of Xena and Gabrielle perfectly.
