  • 100.000 "whatever" ?

Who the hell is this clown?

  • Hungary and Poland is Central Europe. Estonia and Latvia is Northern Europe!

  • Forgot Estonia joined last year lol Czech Republic then would have made a great candidate as well but hopefully they dont join the further away you can get yourself from Germany the better even if you cant just pick up the country and move to a new neighborhood

  • Lucky for Germany luring all these countries into the idea of the euro zone knowing they would struggle with the currency knowing they would have to lend more and more money out to them and when its all said and done those miserable countries that fell for the power and money hungry German propaganda will be paying out their asses with their gold reserves putting Germany on top and with less debt then they ever began with while Central and Eastern Europe sits back and applauds the Nazi fucks ha

  • People are so pathetic in looking for someone else to talk shit about when it is the big players USA Japan Germany Italy who have all the unrepayable debt what a goob

  • What a stupid douche bag the public debit in eastern Europe is substantially less than in western Europe. Understandable that their GDP is much less but as a GDP percentage eastern Europe is by no means in as much trouble as the rest of the world. I bet the Germans are now flinging themselves in the balls wishing they chose a few eastern or Baltic countries into the euro zone instead of countries like Greece and so on in my opinion Poland and Estonia would have killed it but now its too late...

  • and they are 50pc more leveraged - WHAT DOES LEVERAGE MEAN?

  • @Omniscentus .. I live in Czech Republic. Czech Republic is 5th safest country in the world, Norway is 9th and Sweden 13th. U guys are just a joke.. Search Google for "Global Peace index 2011 ".

  • @MajkeeCze what determines that index?

  • @zahaj

Many indicators.. For example - political instability, level of perceived criminality in society, number of homicides, level of violent crime, number of jailed persons, number of police and security officers, potential for terrorist acts, level of respect for human rights, ....

  • After the Soviet bloc., the plutocrates deliberately destroyed standards of living for eastern europe.

Serbia had higher of livings in 1995 than its eastern neighbours, despite 4 years oi war precisely because there was no time for the "democratic reformes".

  • The peoples of eastern europe needs to begin a revolution against the post-warsawa plutocracies, zeropean bureaucracy gone mad and bankster scum!

  • You will be raped and you will get pregnant even if you're a dude.

Seriously though, the western countries (excluding certain parts of Britain) and Scandinavia all have low crime rates and the people are very friendly. As a Swede I suggest you move to Norway. Everybody's rich there and they all have some kind of chronic disease which makes them permanently happy.

Whatever you do, don't move to eastern Europe. Just don't

  • @Omniscientus I live in Slovakia and at least I can go into town without being blown up and my kids can go on holiday without being butchered. They don't look so happy in Norway at the moment do they.

  • @hrnciarska That can happen anywhere.

  • @Omniscientus lol what a clown are you...just one word...Breivik

  • this is not an economist this is a clown

  • Just jelous yanks that's all folks... Europe is really strong. After millenia of bloody wars we came together, and when that really crystalizes i say god have mercy on all you fuckers!

  • @MrNiceGuyNot Sorry man but...EU is turning to a piece of shit...I am really sorry about it..the thing is that the Izlamic immigrqations is destroying Europe and turning in a 3rd world shithole, slowlybut surely...I mean they rape kill multiply and take so much momney on unemployment insurence+declare their own teretories within the EU.A regime that cannot even protect it;s citizens from bloody Izlamic terrorism(inside of it)is not strong.

  • @vitalodion modern civilization started in Europe. Nothing will change that. I am sure that these 'problems' will be solved.

  • I am very confused about all this talk about world currency... This is why I am transfering my wealth into physical gold and silver.... Gold and Silver is very simple to understand...

  • @FireFox9032 ukraine isnt in the european union, let alone euro zone.

  • this guy is an ass,he dosent know that his home is paid for in yen

  • That guy has literally no idea what he's talking about :O

  • Wow, is this man brother of Sarah Palin or something?

"These countries are mostly not members of EU" WRONG(these countries are all members of EU) "SO they have their own currency" WRONG(does not work, EU member Britain or Sweden also have their currency, while non-EU Monaco or San Marino do have Euro) "and they have debts in foreign currency, in Euro or Marks" WRONG (Marks don't exist anymore) "When their currency devaluate" WRONG (Latvian Lat is pegged to Euro)"

  • "So they cannot now pay the debts" WRONG(They mostly cannot pay debt because they lost their jobs due to the crisis, just like in the USA) "That's how Hitler came to power" WRONG(These countries do not have such ambitions) "We could end up in a situation when we essentially have replay of the Cold War,when these economies collapsed" WRONG(They were prospering Central/Eastern European states overrun by Nazi Germans and then by Russians).

  • The European Union has nothing to do with the Euro (money).

Countries don´t have to be in the Eurozone (money) to be in the European Union.

England for example still has its own money but they are in the European Union.

This american propaganda shit is annoying. They try to split the EU because they are scared to death. Oil has to be paid in Euros in the future or has already to be paid now. Their economy is totaly down to the grown and their debts in China are endless. Solve your own shit ...

  • An (American?) voice in this video says that the economic crisis happened in eastern Europe because of "STUPIDITY of PEOPLE".

Now, I have a few RHETORICAL questions:

    - how come that ALL the eastern European people became stupid at the SAME TIME?

    - how come that ALL eastern Europeans who had no debts during communism era and who were able to feed themselves are now ALL having huuuge debts to the western bankers, importing food from the West, deindustrializing... at the SAME TIME?

  • - how come that ALL eastern European nations pegged their local currencies to Euro or US dollar thus exposing their economies to the monetary policies of the FED in USA and European Central Bank in Germany?

    - how come that ALL eastern European nations conducted similar economic policies under supervision from the western advisers (privatization and selling of the most valuable and strategic companies to the westerners, destroying domestic national banks and letting western banks in....)?

  • Is it maybe because the western imperialists installed servile puppets (who do not even try to hide their servileness to their western masters) in the governments, central banks, the so called "Non Government Organizations", TV and radio stations, universities... throughout eastern Europe after these countries abandoned communism for capitalism?

Of course not! This is because "people became stupid" as an American voice in this video says!

  • @mac9876ab .... total nonsense. Just becouse every ignorant puts the whole region to a one sack, it doesn`t make it a one state yet and you in this way only prooves to be a one of these ignorants.

  • @mac9876ab Clear truth!! The fucking american shitheads has bankrupted us and now they are sucking of us.. same as everyone else who let them get away with it.. and by the way now we see the truth.. now is year 2010 and we know who are real ROBBERS and DICKHEADS!!!!

  • @mac9876ab Let's keep it in perspective. Hungary or Poland had huge debts under communism, by 1989 Hungary was in a similar financial situation it has been recently and was negotiating a major loan from (then) W. Germany. Opening a hole in the Iron Curtain on the Hungarian-Austrian border so the East Germans could get to West Germany was part of the deal.

  • We need an Eastern European Union !!!!!!!!!!

  • Great interview!

  • @Mojo1982 Great interview... with someone who obviously has no clue what he's talking about. No wonder the economies are down the $hitter if major corporations like Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Citi etc. hire people like this Stephen Jen clown, who are not up to the job.

  • @FireFox9032 lithuania and iceland are not in the euro zone.ukraine will never be and has been bankrupt for the last 20 years.

  • Funny, that this "expert" smartass knowitall has the nerve to call other people stupid yet he doesn't know what the name of the currency in Hungary is, have not noticed that German Mark does not exist for a decade or can't tell which countries are in the EU and which in Eurozone. A knowledge which should be part of his "job description" or at least basic 10 minute research if he wants to comment on it.

  • @LKHK76 Svata pravda priteli!!

  • @FireFox9032

Italy is coming along too :)

  • EE countries like CZ and Poland (exept Hungary and Lithuania) have debt in their own currencies so they do not have problem with devaluation of their currencies which will support their ecnomies, the problem is in EURO itself and countries which have EURO are in world of sh..t

  • This was not lunacy, it's been a very well planned program.

  • @CSHOOLIGAN

Poland has been one of the only country with GDP Growth in recent times.

Russia has only a 8,8 percent unemployment rate which is Better than the U.S, England & Almost any other country in europe.

It is WESTERN EUROPEAN SPAIN which has a 18 percent Unemployment rate right now.

Ireland is bad. Ireland is worse than much of Eastern Europe right now.

  • Why do they always speak of "Bailouts"?????

When you lose your job. Do you take a loan out?

These RETARDS Fail to mention cases like Venezuela.

Venezuela was the 4th richest country in the world 50 years ago. It had trouble & took a bailout / loan.

This lead to the complete collapse of the nation for they had trouble paying it backl & this lead to a devaluved currency.

They became a Thrid world shithole.

  • @AztlanMeansWhiteLand

is ppl were to stop being crazy about the usd...the usa will face situations like the eu and venezuela as u mentioned...i wonder y ppl are so mad about it?the reasons to this questions are just not so clear cut...y not use other currencies?

i assume the germans would reintroduce the deutschmark..

  • I know a way for this crisis to workout: Greeks should quit their jobs (if they haven't been laid off already) and short the EUR at home ... yay for "self-employement"

    ah... Irony...

  • didnt think I'd say this 10 years ago, but the political parties i hate were actually right about not joining the eu and keeping the Swiss Franc.

  • eastern europe governments are total scumbags....their countries should go bust and their people should overthrow them.

  • Get real. All of the problems the USA is having is a planned financial attack aimed at forcing a one world currency and one world bank. The USA is being sucked dry by the FED and International bankers. A moment ago, it seems we were told how there were 9 countries whose dollars are stronger than the US dollar.

  • @DEKAROHHO Yeah you are right there. They are scared to death. Oil has to be paid in Euros soon.

  • This guy is an arrogant ass.

  • This guy is stupid. You mean Western Europe about to go bust, and taking Eeastern Europe with It.

US will go bust ,and it will take China with it.

  • @andrewcobra2000 the us wont go down without a fight, and by a fight i mean the rest of the world.

  • The capitalist system has entered the most serious crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930s.

  • @khallaghi No the ponzi oligarchy corporate socilistic capitalist system....capitalism died after the federal reserve was born..

  • Im just gona sit back, roll a blunt, and just watch all those greedy bankers get dick slapped.

  • Don't be fooled my friend they know exactly what they are doing, Let no good crisis go unexploited! one world banking system here we come.

  • You must have a cock in your brain.

  • Obviously you have a blunt in yours, How do you prefer yours in your mouth or your anus, I suspect both at the same time, go back to sleep you ingnorant slut.

  • I like them in my mouth. I find it pretty hard to smoke through my anus. You should wake up. Seriously, one world banking system? You've been watching to many movies. I shall blunt slap you. End of argument.

  • BTW....When I last time looked on the map,as far as I remember,Poland was exactly wright on te middle of Europe...But I guess it's not importent....We are bunch of animals anyway.....so.....RUN FOR YOR FCK LIFES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hahahaha

  • .....beeeeee very, very, veeeeeeeery careful....we are evil east europeans....coming to rape yr animals, steal yr money and do things you can't even emagine...!!!!!!!!!!!!!RUUUUUUUUN.......RUN FOR YOUR LIFES.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hahahahahahahahahahahaha...........................aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.......................aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha..............

  • Bankers (not governments) rule the world.

Karl Marx revealed that the rate of profit decreases because of costs. Corporations move to nations where labor costs are lower because politicians are in the pay of the banks.

  • They only rule because the people accept the value the banks put on money through their illegal practices. The Earth and all it's resources belong to everyone. Don't pay your taxes anymore, quit your job, empty your bank account, stop buying, park your car,... You won't suffer long, the global system will fall in hours.

  • I so agree with the speaker ,lol

it is ridiculous how high they have blown their real estate

they will never ever get their money back at least in US we already had this crisis

in most European countries their real estate blown so out of proportion than 99.9% people can not afford it and government uses subsidies to help people obtain worthless condominiums

  • So they borrowed $1.7 trillion abroad...

With fast falling dollar it will be a price of a small car soon - and it will be repaid from back pockets of diplomats easily...

  • Again Poland has got the best GDP in Europe in last 4 months.........I have to dissapoint so many haters probably..

  • Sorry, hope things get better.

There is 50 million of us unemployed all around the world.

  • If all the economy experts in the USA are as good as this guy, i wish them GOOD LUCK :D, they will need it.

  • It is interesting, according to newest Eurostat researches Poland as a 1 of just 3 countries in Europe has got growing GDP-exactly 0,8% plus, comparing to Germany -3,5% , France -4%,Holand -2,5% etc...Only Greece had + 0,4% and Cyprus 1,4%.....So WTF are these idiots talking about.......

  • Poland is not hit really hard at all, not much and polands CENTRAL europe not eastern.

  • =) yah

  • =) i like da comment

  • Poland still uses its' own currency, the zloty. They hope to become part of the eurozone by 2012 at which time they would begin using the euro.

  • 2012? interesting.

  • Did he actually say "most of those nations are not members of EU so they have their own currencies"? And then he goes on talking about Poland .. Hungary ... all members of EU. How about UK? Does he think UK is not member of EU? I always question when somebody pretends to be an expert while showing such basic gaps in his knowledge. The reality is that most of the EE countries experiencing crisis ARE members of EU.

  • über-lol! he did not know Hungary is part of the EU, so it was not surprising he did not know its currency Forint either.

of course there are problems in CEE, but today Raiffeisen Internation announced they made in 2008 the biggest profit of their history. even in the last quarter they made a profit.

regarding impact of bancruptcy: romania has a gdp like alabama, latvia's gdp is less than wyomings and hungary's gdp is the size of General Motors...

  • He's extrmeley stupid, he thinks like fuckin Poland, and Hungary arelike in poverty, where we are a high income countries.

  • This finance guy is so knowledgeable about a part of the world where he's probably never been! I'll add to the level of this discussion by predicting that Bangladesh will fill the power vacuum in eastern Europe. Quickly, fiat funny-money to the rescue! Eastern Europe needs enslavement by world banking corporations. SDRs, fast! It is the only solution, or else it'll be curtains for our Slavic and Finno-Ugric brothers!

  • @LibertaerUeberAlles obviously one cant be knowledgeable about a place without visiting it first.

  • What the f*ck is the guy laughing about!. F*******ck you, uninformed idiot. All hear-say, even invented stuff. He makes up things as he speaks. What does HE know?. He has not the slightest idea about things. Except, he does know perfectly about the technique to deceive weak breains, see comments below ('by far the smartest guy..' etc).

  • Yep - a very strange outlook, he almost seems to relish the possibility of War.

  • Hungary will be sold to Germany and Austria and will be germanized. That would solve the debt.

  • yes but nor realy, lot's of people in EE are payed in Euro.

  • true, but a lot of them lost there work in WE, and have gone back, I wonder wether they find work at home?

  • i would rather russia or germany, than the usa

  • @ototuit most of eastern europe, dont why is this guy going on about hitler, your a commie, just like us,itsa all red red red, just like hitler said

  • Could you tell me who is the man talking on the radio and what radio is it?

  • Karl Denninger
