You basically just stay silent for 24 hours, no talking, texting, emailing, etc. You can get sponsored by your school or people in your community to pay for each min. or hour of silence, but the main idea is to build awareness about children's rights, and how so many still lack them.

I did the vow for 5 days, it was soo hard.
I was supposed to be born on the 5th but was late, I think that'd be a grande birthday!
