@themrprofessor786 sorry for the late reply, it has a electric motor at the front, which spins the turbine, then it adds butane gas, lights that, Then once up to about 15,000 rpm it brings the jetfuel in and lights that, all done by a ECU, cheers

you can buy a wren jet that comes in pieces and you build it, and its about £300 less than a built engine, that maybe better for you, They are so easy to start and run, get the full fadec start option, , its just a case of flick a switch and it will start and run, hope that helps

Hi, would this be advisable for if i wanted to use this engine ONLY for experimental purposes? I have not had or used a model jet turbine before and im going into aeronautical engineering. I want to just use it and take it apart and see how the jet turbine works. Is it hard to start or is it completely not advisable for someone who has had no experience with these type of jets before. What would you recommend to use first before using a jet turbine.
