It would look better being towed by a 1966 Mustang JR instead of the jeep. Then you could actually get in and drive it. Watch my videos and you will see what I mean.
@roadkillontheweb You have totally missed the point here. One of my sons is Navy and the other is Army. Jeep is for Army son. Boat for Navy son. Get it now?
@6bettyboo9 Thank you very much. It was done for my Navy son. The boat is a toy pedal boat from 1966. The reason I did it is each time he goes on tour I'll add the dates of any promotions he receives to the boat and by the he retires I'll give it to him and it will be like a time line/trophy of his military life. I did the same for my Army son. He has a Jeep done the same way. There's a video of it on my channel. Very happy to know you enjoyed seeing it. All the best to you!
@JaleelJohanson62 Well thank you very much. We're very proud of our two military sons but then again we're proud of all that serve. Thank you again for your kind words. :)
@jenniferalls I'm sure my Navy son will read your comments and I'm also sure it will make his day. It don't matter what side of the border we're on as long as we're fighting for the same cause. My other son is Army and I did a Jeep for him. The video is on here on my channel. In the video you'll see him as a small boy sitting on the bumper of a full size jeep that I restored when he was a kid and 25 years later I restored a small Jeep like it for him. Stay well and stay safe. Thanks again!
@jenniferalls Thank you very much. I'm sure my son who is in the Navy will appreciate your kind words as well because he will eventually end up with this project. Have a safe day and thank you again!
@quincyoil Thank you very much. As you can see it was a bit of work but It did turn out the way I wanted it to. My Navy son really liked the little boat. I appreciate your comments. Happy sailing :)
Nope. It was and still is a kids pedal car boat that was originally built in 1966. These never had a floor in them just a seat and pedals to make it move.
Very cool video. Its great to see the work and transformation of the boat chronologically. What a great way to support the troops and Daniel. Nice editing job too. I enjoyed watching.
very nice... do you have anything for sale?????
