I love 5Star (own the CD thanks to Goodwill and yes the songs are on my Ipod) but I used to put on my brothers football shoulder pads with my moms trench and imitate them for a laugh. The only thing I hated about the 80s was the shoulder pads...had women looking like American football players.

No lip syncing whatsoever. Both tours which took place all over the UK were sold out. The Denise is up there with the greats when it comes to vocal ability & performance but severely underrated. @blacklily74 Me too. I was in my teens when I saw them on TV. I loved them as much as I loved the Jackson's. What's funny about one thing then I hated the blonde hair on the sisters but now it doesn't look bad to me at all with black roots and all.

I remember being extremely happy when I heard this song by 5 Star because I knew that there was no other song out there that could beat it. Remember folks, 5 Star is one of those bands that was just as big as Michael Jackson, The Beatles and Elvis. Think about that. I have followed these cats since Delroy was 14. For 25 years.

I remember seeing a video on them and what they were up to on here on YouTube, and they were trying to get back into the biz. But this must have been YEARS ago, lol. I think they still do some stuff behind the scenes. I hope they come back because I love them. But no, the fact that you still know the dance steps isn't sad at all. You should see how many vids I know the steps too, lol.
