No sir. While my conditioning isn't the greatest, if you lift weights often you shouldn't even have too much muscle pain in the back. If I were to try 200kgx10 reps maybe I would hurt it.

Hi, it's just blocks with strips of 2x4 on the top running perpendicular to the blocks underneath.
