it happens, a person attempts to slowly pass the speed limit to get to 1st place, thus losing attention on steering, and it just so happened that his volkswagen probably was steering slightly to the right, and when he attempted to regain control, it was too late, as it steered too much to the left and into the tires.

My friend cracked his hed open 2 yrs ago in fifth grade because my bus driver is dumb for havin the seat belts up over the seats and he sat in that seat an the metal part hit him in the head cracking his skull and he survived. Why do most drivers like senna, get killed from a fracture not a skull shattering. Smileys i understand was scalped. Is there any pics of his autopsy? If yes email it to me at ariglib@gmail.com i saw a head cut open and bloody that was a man, was that him?

@Glibzer A basal skull fracture is so deadly because it's right around where the brain connects to the spinal cord. The head gets whipped forwards so fast and at such an angle that it almost severs the spinal cord from the brain stem. This is why we have the HANS device.
