every DAW does something different, if you want a program to do one thing, use that, if not, pick a different one. I wouldn't diss someones Honda because it doesn't have an umbrella compartment in the back (look that up)
I made two melodies with automations on built in EQ's (low pass) in Studio One Pro (Pro EQ) and FL Studio (Fruity EQ2) and compared the sound... Studion One is sounding awesome while FL Studio is sounding dull. Try Studio One Pro and see, hear by yourself...
If they get a better piano roll (Hopefully like Logic's or FL's. . .OR MAYBE EVEN BOTH ;) ) and and notion capabilities like Logic and Cubase This would be the complete DAW. . .It's still great though. . .
@HjalmarGuitarMaster you can edit your automation in 10000 ways without making a new automation;) its hard to explain...for me :D just look for some automation tutorials and when you know how they work then try out editing them with the transform tool and you'll see ITS GODLIKE ;)
The automation workflow is bloody fantastic and looks fun to use. Also lovin that drag and drop midi, audio export. I have never seen midi and audio exported at speeds like that from a DAW. That was like virtually instant.
the automation feature will speed up maaaany things for me:) and the bi directional browser <3 i already love it :D i hope there'll be some other amazing features in future:)
Studio One is the best DAW out I think.. I think its about to take over..
