I don't think its a Brown Shirt issue at all. We live in a democracy and we all vote for our representative government. The issue that many GOP members like Sen. Inhofe are doing is confusing our "Countries" foreign policy agenda. The structure our founding fathers set in place is that the Congress legislates and the administrative branch focuses on foreign policy. Having members show up in venues like Copenhagen, Honduras, etc conveying a counter opinion gets very close to treasonous behavior.
