Is it a coincedence that in all my kids video game informer magazines there are army and marine inserts you can fill out if you are interested. They will promise your kids an education and send them off to be killed in the middle east. There is a war on for your children and thier minds. In the words of the great George Bush " no weapons of mass destruction under here" I guess they were wrong or lying again and all the people attending laughed as our men and woman die in the middle east. great!
@ma0ma0ma0 The video shows the length the recruiters will go to so they can indoctrinate our kids into the big lie that is our industrial military complex. Starts in school and continues from there. Endless wars are what we do here. If there is anybody to blame for the way the rest of the world hates us and would love to see us perish then you should thank a bush or a rockefeller as they steal our money and use it to destroy everything. Our troubles began in 1913 with Bush family influence.
@pippypop09 stop blaming individuals all of washington is corrupt. and most people only play this game for fun, its intended to be a a realistic military game. there are hundreds of games like this one. so its not like this one is special, its just endorsed by the army. stop bitching
@ma0ma0ma0 I know cuz, I play most of them and likely will check this out as well.
My problem is with the army tool that is handing out cards with one intention and purpose. I dont think i was blaming anyone who plays the game. I have no problem with people wanting to serve this country. My father was a soldier and i have a few cousins and uncles who have given thier lives for our governments cause. The wars are endless, not a single generation in almost 100 years has grown up free of war. FFT
@pippypop09 war will never end. and we are the biggest country so of course we get into a lot of wars. i see your point, this is basically propaganda. but i don't believe the army thought i would make kids think war is fun, its only a video game.
@DeadlySSMEG My cat killed itself after watching me play the game for an hour.
RIP. My other animals joined the army the next day and are currently in Iraq preparing to take Brazil over, overthrow Chavez and rape that country for its natrual resources. Afterwhich they will along with haliburton re-build and put a few new US military bases there as well. After they figure out which lie or fake crisis they will use on american people to justify taking over another country. I hope they write me.
lol i was at a car show and they had this game. They were like cmon cmon try it, im like ok. The first hit, I got all 3 targets and then they were really impressed. Then I sucked really badly, I couldn't even hit 1 target. It was really weird. They were a little too anxious to take pples adresses down so they could send them army junk mail. You couldn't play the game if you didn't put your adress down.
i think this is stupid to be honest. There isnt subliminal messaging in this. It more or less makes war look like fun thats why they are using it to recruit. and thats why there was such a high recruitment rate because of this game.
this game did use, real subliminal messages, they are not mentioned here, but that doesn't give u the right to flame this poster.
Giving teens a choice is ok, but using subliminal messages on a subconcious level that stimulatesthem into joining the army without their knowledge is wrong, and a crime.
Most details of what realy happen have been withheld for security reasons.
Do your research before flaming a topic which you know little about.
this is crap... if you put this message in every war game, or even war movie... it will fit perfectly. The same is to say that a game sponsored by nascar tells you to drive cars, a whore game tells you to be a whore and PES tells you to play soccer.
so basicly IF YOU PLAY THE GAME YOU WILL JOIN THE ARMY AND YOU WILL DIE!!!! and its true because of all the extremely verifiable truth and evidence shown in the video! yeah right, your a fag, go die in a hole you anti patriotic scum
They most certainly do record game play information. I'm not sure I buy the ubisoft interview in the video, but Big Brother is up to more than you think. Seriously, I wouldn't doubt the army uses subliminal messaging in the game. I think its more a matter of to what extent they use it.
BS. Only subliminal(hamfisted) message I saw was in THIS video. Freaky voice mod & silhouette back lighting to ratchet up the "conspiracy" aspect. The guy is giving out his "card" for Christ sake. They can choose to call or not. GOD FORBID.... ANYONE ACTUALLY... MIGHT WANT TO... GO IN THE.... *GASP* "ARMY"!
Yer a faggot. It's not a bad thing if someone wants to join the Army. It can teach you valuable things. Sure it's dangerous, but sometimes it's worth it. What if there was no army to protect you lazy bitch? What happens then?Take time to think about it.
I must say I've been intrigued by this video. I mentioned it to my parents and my father said he vaguely remembers seeing the yahoo page news report shown in the video. After researching the subject I found that there have been other incidents involving the army and subliminal messaging. I think it's plausible. Perhaps we should have the Mythbusters take a crack at it.
fuk off who gives 2 shites if the game has got messages in it
the fukin goverment are trying to ban games like this but the ones they try to ban are amazing like AA and if ur parent cares if u play a "bad" game then u dont have alot of freedom
WHAT? im playing this game for about 4 years and I dont want to join the army. wtf are you talking about? also I have friends that actualy they are in the army and many others that dont, also they dont want to join the army.
Its obviously a recruitment tool, but I question its whether it is actually subliminal. They provide direct links to Army recruiters on their website and they include "training" options in game with "Real Heroes." I enjoy playing Madden NFL too, but I don't feel an urge to become a football coach or player.
This is scary if it is true. I'd like to think the army wouldn't stoop this low. But the whole idea of the Army creating a free online game seems fishy to me. And whats with the soldier telling the boy his aim bites. Show some class for goodness sakes. I hope this isan't true.
@Bull3tdodger what is untrue about this video. Its free which should present a red flag for anyone with half a brain. NOTHING is free. They want to put your kids on military base somewhere abroad. I see no subliminal message here but what i do see is this army guy handing out cards to children. What purpose do you think that serves. The message is not subliminal but it is very clear the intent of this FREE game and the dopey girl that is way too young to know what she wants out of life.
@pippypop09 AA has been around since July 4th, 2002. I downloaded and began playing the game on that date. I was 13 years old. I am now 21 years old and am a senior in college. lol America's Army had the full intention of being a recruiting tool, they openly admitted that.

I read that in the year or 1 year after Americas army was launched, 30% of total recruits joined the Army, for reasons related to America's army.
I personally just take an Ak47 spray random bullets (Terror style) or take an Ak47 with scop and pop people in the head.
And if all fails. I hide and Tk my friends and let the "masked men win"
its cool game... but bf2 way beetterr
