Excellent Video bud' I've been on these for 3 months now and my smoking has reduced dramatically (25/30 a day to less than 10) I've also started re-filling the cartridges, although mine have a very slightly different nicotine tank, they're sealed with a small piece of foil which is punctured when the element is inserted.

Try the vapor king. They are really good and you can buy cartridges/liquid and refill them in different flavors. They should save you alot of money. Avoid getting an e-cig that doesn't have a re-fill liquid option, because the cartridges can get pricey.

@threexjakes Ecigarettes are basically healthy cigarettes. Think of carcinogens, shallow breathing, stale smokey smell, depleted sex-drive, nicotine stains, etc. as being lactose intolerance and this being your soy milk. And yeah, you should be able to smoke them anywhere without a problem. Someone might initially mistake it for a real cig, but a quick explanation or two would clear that up.

I can explain the difference you were talking about between combusted tobacco and vaporized nicotine that you talked about around 3:40. Nicotine by itself is not very addictive (though it still is addictive). Nicotine only becomes highly addictive when administered with what's called an MAOI. The tobacco plant has natural MAOI chemicals that are released with the nicotine. The electronic cigarettes don't contain the MAOI chemicals.

It doesn't seem like a complicated device, but I'd still like to give the disposable one a whirl when I get paid again in a week if I'm still having a nic fit by that time. If I find that I like it, I may think about buying one of the starter kits. The other "official" brand I've been considering through research is the "blu" e-cigarette. Yes, it costs more, but it has a lot of convenient features that make it an easy transition from an analog cig to an e-cig. Looking forward to trying this.
