  • I like my women like i like my scotch - 12 years old and mixed with coke

  • Good gosh, I adore some of Philip Glass' stuff, but blah blah de elitist blah blah. Guess what, Philip - there is brilliance being manifest in the human realm all the time, somewhere on the planet.

  • What was the final piece played on piano?

  • @aynnepryce1 the piece played at the end is the fifth fugue, in d major, from book 1 of the well tempered clavier. bwv 850

  • Philip Glass and Bach are both geniuses! They both carry powerful, emotional, yet minimalist or simplicity characteristics in their music. Yet they are different. Bach is classical, and Glass is contemporary, yet they both lead to the future, and are a part of music history.

  • you are wrong

  • opinions are like sphincters, everybody has one... I think yours stinks. have a nice day

  • Brava Wendy! Tom Bittner/s Mom. Grazia B.

  • Fantastic. What's the piece being played, and is there a recording close to this particular performance?

  • Oh nevermind. I missed it in yellow at the 17 second mark.

  • Philip is the greatest! Also, his girlfriend (Wendy Sutter) is amazing- an awesome cellist and so hot!
