Roy Walthen Jack Purcell, Ken Reiter on covers and this was back when Darrell Waltrip raced at the Louisville Fairgrounds Motor Speedway. Any idea what they would be worth or if anyone would want them?
I sold 3 of the LMS programs in February but I still have one with Jack Purcell and car N0# 9 on the cover holding the trophy from 1971 . I'll have to look through my stuff again and try to put my hands on it.

Do you have footage of the bus race? I live in Louisville and went there as a kid. Seeing this place gives me so many memories... and I loved it! I was very devastated when they closed it... then I went on to the Sportsdrome. In fact, I go there every weekend!
Actually, I do have footage of the Bus Race. It's kinda boring though. That's why I didn't put it up there. If I get a chance, maybe over the winter, I'll put something together for you on that.

my, dad used to race at this track, but now him and my uncle race arca, and frank kimmel enduro nationals. Such a cool track this is.

Yes sir, RIP. I know it's in my own head but I can still hear the motors sometimes when I ride by where it used to be, very weird.

But I seem to recall that they did have a TV show on Cable...similar to the Kentuckiana Motorsports show with Scott Douglas and Craig Hoffman.

PS - We miss the old LMS too. We used to race there in the Figure 8 division. Got a few wins too! But, when they closed, we headed up to Salem.
