Easy way to kill boar and get his mask, make sure you have a bow and a lot of arrows, kill the archers on top, then shoot the boar in the face with the arrows. Easy way to kill him, plus you get a great mask that lasts a great way through the game

Should of never killed the merc, shoulda bought a short bow and about 50 arrows before he killed it

If anyones having trouble on the boar. *this is what i did first playthrough* ran to the right, went up the stairs killed the archers on the bridge and picked up the skulls *which the boars attracted too* chucked a skull at one of the fires around the boar. he ran into the fire and stood there till he died.

I have notice they did an upgrade and changed some stuff, where the dragon is at you don't have to side step around that hollow anymore. They spaced it out where you can go up and back under quick without a guard in your way. Also, instead of 300 souls now you get 555 souls. They change some stuff around since October.

@ryan66609 Just keep shooting at the tail and you will get the sword. It took me awhile too.

@ryan66609 check the level of your dexterity get it up to about 14 or15 and you will get the sword in about fifteen of the large arrows

i managed to one hit the meca boar.....lets just say my sword dissapered lol, i spent 10 mins just getting my breath bac from laughing

dude.... learn to parry. backstab takes so much more effort. parry is perfect for spear guys. you can see their attacks coming a mile away.

You meet up with the merchant, look at all of his stuffs but don't buy a thing, piss him off, look at all his stuffs again, buy a bow, then proceed to kill him in cold blood to steal his sword. Man you're cruel :D

if you do the plunge attack from the stairs when the boar is facing towards you , you will gain the helmet when he dies

@Akilroth234 knight bro. so much better..... fire fails you latter in the game, but a knight with healing like a paladin.... its really a good way to play.

hey i kill that armor guy it was alright i just rolled then attack then run up and down the stairs and he was able to hit me once but i dont die and run up stairs and heal all the way even if its just a little that little can kill u he gives you an awwesssomeeeeeee ring ! :DDD

why sometimes you have 5 estus flasks and other times you have 10??

@yamcha03 When a bonfire is kindled, it produces 10 flasks. Unkindled fires produce only 5. The bonfire in Firelink, I believe, has already been kindled by a firekeeper. The one in the Undead Burg, which you light yourself, is unkindled. You must give up a point of humanity to kindle it after reversing hollowing. You can use it to get 10 flasks from that point forward.

That was realy stupid to kill the merchant man. Later on you could buy armor and other tuf. And now you only got some stuff and a sword.

I started a new game on demons souls, I haven't played it in so long that I suck major league! I am stuck at the armored spider and can't figure out how I beat it last time lol. Heck, I don't even remember how I beat the entire game!

if you kill the merchent he will give you a large sword and a bunch of other weapons but it's a risk if you do kill him cause he will not repawn

Also you can totally get that club :D Its a Dragons Tooth and deals 999 damage but i think you need like 50ish strength to weild it? I dunno i fed it to Frampt...
