This is pure Saraiki song...Kalam of khawaja Farid sb... Don't say it Punjabi song.....Saraiki Language is totally different from Punjabi....anyone speaks punjabi can not speak saraiki.

where I showed myself as an un polite???....I just want to ask you,why you gave this song a wrong title??? Information to the audience should be correct. I am not against Punjabi language, but we should accept the differences b/w the both languages.

If you understand Saraiki then it doesn't mean that both are the same languages.

Don't be aggressive.... no doubt song is nice and this is asset for us. Correct the title with open mind.

Why does it matter? Saraiki is a dialect of Punjabi, according to all educated linguists.

I agree with Nejibound. But N. Akhtar and Zubaida, Tahira syad, Reshma and many others have their own claim to good Punjabi singing. Im a Sikh but always enjoy Paki Pbi songs as I feel they are more close to Pbi culture and life. Pbi singers in India are just money minded commercial and most of them are vulger. There are few exceptions as Gurdas Mann, Hans etc.

Fantastic folk song. Naheed Akhter has a great voice. She quit music too quick. I would say she is 2nd great artist of Urdu and Punjabi music after legend Noor Jehan in Pakistan.
