To little to late. There was no point in making this last push. The only thing left of the building is brick, block and mortar. The inside of the building is almost completely stripped.
with all the regulations today concerning asbestos, and Handicap facilities, it doesnt matter even if a buyer gets a good deal, the City would sell it to them then say they cant use it till they do millions of dollars in upgrades to bring it up to code! evidently, prospective buyers did their homework BEFORE they bought it, and saw how much it would take to bring it up to code, and said, Forget it!
