SAVE yourself years of downright trouble, madness, money and questionable sanity!
Shave IT OFF, start over. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. The little buggers are not, i repeat, not the same as the ones people used to get. They are miniature little borgs, ha ha.
But seriously folks, this almost diabolical scenario absolutely FORCES one to deal with their own vanity issues. So, I say...shave it off. By then hopefully you will have a new outlook on life and take nothing for granted again!
@MrRossi18020 Creepy demonic pictures? Could you possible give some examples of where you demons in this video? Or better yet, why you can more about the slide show of pics then the topic at hand...
Kerosene is not highly flammable. You can take a blow torch to kerosene and it won't ignite. Kerosene must be wicked or vaporised at high temps to burn.
Of course gasoline or kerosene should not be used on anyones head. But you fail to mention some over the counter head lice treatments are extremely flammable. And that one prescription treatment-lindane-has been blackboxed by the FDA. Lindane is highly toxic and can cause seizures and death even when used as directed. A good metal lice comb and some patience is all that is needed to get rid of lice.
Now that you have made a big secret of it, try just saying: Folks, most powerful smelling spices are effective as a repellent: Peppermint, Rosemary, Tea Tree Oil, Coconut oil and many food based oils (Olive oil) can be used to "drown" the mites with a shower cap and 8 hours of marinating your noggin... It takes a lot of time and persistence. Lice seem to like a clean, sweet, head, so no strawberry or apple shampoo and conditioners.
Well, you could put oil on your head and cover it with a shower cap. However oil will most likely cause a serious case of dandruff (which is not the same as dry scalp). Also wouldn't cooking oils be flammable also?
I had kerosene used on me as a child (I had fleas though). It was awful. My scalp was burning and I acquired permanent skin damage, and permanent damaged & dry hair.
Don't do it. Just don't. It is not , and never will be worth it.

Speaking of ignorance.
Hygiene has nothing to do with Lice.
Nope nothing to do with it as if you have a oily or filthy scalp lice generally can not take hold.
You should feel nearly the same about pouring pyrethren (RID etc.) on your child's head as you do about gasoline etc..
