If interested, I can get more details for you. This can sometimes explain things better than genes and DNA theory. There still needs to be much more research about it and genetic expression.

Haarp produces very low frequency waves and extra low frequency waves. To heat anything it would have to produce microwaves at 2.3ghz, and then somehow it would have to bounce these microwaves of the ionosphere and accurately focus them to a point thousands of miles away. Metal oxides attract condensation and can produce small rain clouds, but this has nothing to do with haarp. Its really bad science. You can`t or at least should`nt bend the laws of physics to fit in with a conspiracy theory.

Haarp produces very low frequency waves and extra low frequency waves. To heat anything it would have to produce microwaves at 2.3ghz, and then somehow it would have to bounce these microwaves of the ionosphere and accurately focus them to a point thousands of miles away. Metal oxides attract condensation and can produce small rain clouds, but this has nothing to do with haarp. Its really bad science. You can`t or at least should`nt bend the laws of physics to fit in with a conspiracy theory.

But there is a difference between being able to heat up or excite the ionosphere directly overhead and somehow being able to heat metal oxides anywhere on the planet. As large as 1gw sounds it would have absolutely no effect on climate, at least not any effect that could be of any use to anyone. There are radio/tv masts in most countrys that use 1gw and more, and the local area doesnt get any hotter.

This is just another example of how extrremely evil the US government really is. Most people would not believe how sick these people in power really are and all the evil tools at their disposal. So much for global warming (global tax scam). Puts the so called natural disater in Haiti in new light... (though many of us suspected HAARP straight away!)

@MaTtRoSiTy And now the earthquake in Chile and not to mention the crazy weather this winter in the US. Snow on the ground in 49 states at ONE time. Using HAARP is effing up the atmosphere and climate. Everything has side effects that even those evil bastards can't control. God bless us all!

Thankyou for your comment - I agree, they cant control all the consequences of what they are doing to our planet - the thing that is really concerning is that it is very obvious they display all of the traits of true psychopaths. Its a horrific these people are in power when they have no human conscience - peace to all us real humans!

Methinks something is happenning now, that they have expected, global warming is really global cooling.
With luck the HAARP is meeters under snow, but somehow I kinda doubt it.
They maybe haveccelerated cooling (albido effect). The sun is staying quiet, more water comes. They have attempted to alter the electromagnetic conductivity of the atmosphere & I suspect are about to have their fingers burned.
