I'm French and I think that the article is absurd too. The ultra-intellectualism and analysis of everything gets annoying after awhile. It's like the comments people made on Obama ordering orange juice instead of coffee.
It's comments like this that makes me wish people would stop generalizing the french. There are reasonable people everywhere, and then you have people that complain that the president doesn't eat his burger the right way, or he doesn't walk right. How about we pay attention to what they're doing in government and not what car they drive.
