@jaketaustinfan31 No, to upgrade your house, you first need to buy the Table from Venus (2nd sprite shopping channel). Then Gotz will have the option to upgrade your house the first time when you call him on the phone. For the second house upgrade, you just need the first house upgrade.

Once you get the 1st Hot Spring by triggering Flora's Blue Heart event enter the hot spring 100 times thomas will come with the spirits in mineral town and build the 2 hot spring

Maybe HE IS talking about reputation alright. Maybe, just maybe.... when you recieve the golden lumber and you put it in your yard and on the next day you reputation was busted because of the lumber , He might be the one who plan that .
