My whole family just got over the swine flu, I am 60 and my youngest grandchild is 2 1/2; we all came through just fine.

No worst than a bad cold!

wiskawind (smile) Wise family! You just spared all your bodies from additional mercury body burden, and other toxins such as aluminum and formaldehyde, and who knows what else. I learned not to trust Big Pharma when I got RA at age 35; they almost killed me with their drugs. So I started learning about a good diet and natural herbs and spices and have an Apothecary in my home filled with wonderful herbs that really help the body, without side effects. (grin)

You know what I took for the flue? 1 tabspoon Raw local honey and ¼ teaspoon organic cinnamon in a cup of hot water; took it three times a day and it kicked butt on that flue. (giggle)

wiskawind (LOL) I will have to remember that remedy! My favorite natural flu cocktail is Vitamin C , zinc, and echinacea. I have to admit I go natural for prevention and immunity building, but will go to the doctor if I actually get the flu. Doc gives me Z-pack and a sensible regimen ( fluids, rest, gargle with salt water) , kicks it in less than 48 hours.

I start taking Elderberry syrup and vitamin D before the first leaf falls, and I always use a lot of honey in everything, as raw honey kills influenza virus. I go to the doctor sometimes but they are all such pimps for Big Pharma, and I have great insurance so they really like to run tests, and push their meds, and I always say NO, cause I can! If I can fix it myself, and keep from putting one penny in Big Pharmas purse, I do! (smile)

wiskawind I was able to talk my 83 year old Dad out of the swine flu vaccine, I showed him an old "60 minutes" investigative show about the 1976 Swine Flu Vaccine fiasco, and all the people the shot killed and injured neurologically, so he will NOT get it now! whew ;-)

People should investigate past medical experiments of America, and past deeds of
