Putting the two universes together means either the marvel heroes loose their strenght or more likely - the capcom ones gain superhero strenght. Otherwise how could normal people win over invunerable Hulk or Wolverine? So Zangief (who wrestles huge bears in SF universe as a normal human) + superpower + he gets angry not less than the Hulk = Red Russian Monster
