Played "Rondo of Blood" on my Wii. It was actually pretty friggin' good. Shaft was really tough though. I thought the battle would be over after Akmodan II, but then I found out you had to fight The Creature and finally Shaft afterwards! OVERKILL!

I hate how richter walks, not because he's slow (I love old-school castlevania) but because he looks so damn stupid, couldn't he just walk normally? But that doesn't stop me from wanting this game, this is one of the few games that would make me consider buying a psp.

The boss meter is also the same color you could tell in the rondo of blood the meter has a different color for each boss insted of the same color.

The only bad things I'm noticing so far

I think the timing on attacking and jumps might have been slightly altered thus making fans of the original Dracula X have to master a new system

And the only bad thing about the boss was the death move didn't have the awesome explosion and he didn't go completely naked.

But I could be wrong about the whole timing thing, it's hard to tell without playing.

DS has Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin, along with the 3 games for GBA. I'm tired of DS fanboys wanting all the games for just that handheld. quit being greedy and let PSP have good games too. that's why people think PSP sucks in the first place lol. just give it good games and it'll be as good as DS, if not better

I can see IGA's pattern in producing Castlevania games, only two CV games will be made on each systems.

it just doesn't make sense that a large portion of the series is for Nintendo systems and they ccompletly blow off putting this (Rondo of Blood, not nessesarily this remake) on DS or Virtual Console. I don't care about the remake of Rondo, or even SotN (because i own the PSX version anyway), i just want the original Rondo on DS/VC
