I was there in Jo burg when dude showed up, it as after they already announced snoop was not performing, people were demanding money back and they were getting refunded. I was right next to him he looks like snoop but he's shorter (i imagine) then when he actually came in th arena they mobbed him for a second until they realized it was not him. p.s. I had won the trip on a radio station had the time of my life but still wish snoop would have come thru.
